We bring our mobile bars to you, including an experienced bartender, all the necessary equipment and ingredients (minus the liquor), ice and disposable glassware. We show up 1-2 hours before service to set up. And we supply the awesomeness and fun. 

All you have to do is supply the liquor and fill out this banquet permit . We’ll even assist you in getting the correct amount and type of liquor for your event. 

Please note: We also offer glassware at extra cost. If you’ve rented glassware or are providing your own, we’ll gladly use those glasses, but are not responsible for cleaning/loading them. 

Every event/party is unique, so pricing depends on multiple factors, including guest count, location, service time, drink choices and other miscellaneous factors. Explore pricing to get a sense of what you’re looking at or send us a message for a more accurate quote.

No, we do not sell alcohol of any kind. We serve the alcohol that’s already been provided by the event host. As much as we’d love to sell you alcohol, Washington state law forbids mobile alcohol sales. BUT, we’ll gladly help you figure out where and what kind of alcohol to buy for your event. 

We typically stay within a 30-mile radius of Seattle but are open to traveling further. However, bear in mind that we include mileage in overall cost. Though we would love to travel to you to make your event an unforgettable experience.

We require flat ground and clear access upon set-up and breakdown for arrival and departure. We can serve on a rented venue and private property. We also require access to power outlets, but if that’s not possible, we’re happy to provide a generator at an additional cost.
